LED applications have become diverse and used prevalently in areas such as LCD LED backlights, traffic signals, and road lamps. However, LED products have one serious defect relating its cooling system.
The efficiency of cooling affects the efficiency of its light emission and color. Cooling system of LED products has become one of the main focus in our research. Relating to this problem, we will discuss how to use the lowest cost manufacturing process to achieve a high and efficient cooling system. |
