Dr. C. L. Liu received his Sc.D. degree (1962) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He was on the faculty of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1962-72) and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (1972-98), and served as President and Professor of Computer Science at the National Tsing Hua University in Hsinchu, Taiwan from 1998 to 2002.

He is currently also the Chairman of WitsView Tech. Corp. In addition, he serves as Board member and consultant at a number of high tech companies in Taiwan, and is active in educational as well as charitable services on a worldwide basis. His expertise is in the semiconductor area, particularly in the design and manufacturing aspects.

He is a member of Acdemia Sinica, a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and a Fellow of the Association for Computing Machinery.

Dr. David Su received a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan in 1982 and a Ph. D. degree from the State University of New York, Stony Brooks in 1986. He joined the General Electric (GE) Company in 1986, and worked on the TFT-LCD project for avionics application. In 1990, he returned to Taiwan joining Unipac and set up Taiwan's 1st TFT-LCD Fab. Prior to the merger between Acer Display and Unipac, Dr. Su was the Vice President of Product Development at Unipac from 1995 to 2001. After AUO was formed, Dr. Su began his sales and marketing career by becoming GM of Audio-Video Display Business Unit and in 2003 took over the TV Display Business Group. In 2005, Dr. Su became the ideal man for the position of VP & GM of Consumer Electronics Display Business Group, overlooking LCD TV, Audio-Video, and Mobile Devices applications.

Forhouse is a vertically integrated manufacturer, with in-house capacities of precision tooling, plastic injection molding, plastic sheet extrusion, and various processing and assembly facilities. Furthermore, Forhouse has been working on backward integration into optical grade raw material manufacturing. It is a company owning specific optical, mechanical, electrical and material technologies.
