DRAMeXchange Technology (DRAMeXchange) will provide the following terms, conditions, content and services in this contract. DRAMeXchange Technology may at any time amend the seminar’s agenda without notification. Please visit our website on a regular basis to update on the latest information. Pricing, taxes and expenses while registering for the seminar must be paid in full in order to secure your seats.

Cancellation of seminar tickets must be done on or before 12th October, 2009. Cancellations prior or on this date shall receive the payment back but a 20% service fee will be deducted. If you are unable to attend, DRAMeXchange Technology can not accept a refund. When you have already taken part in workshop, no refunds will be allowed.

Method of refund: Seminar tickets can be purchased by wire transfer or online credit card. However, refunds can only be processed through wire transfer. Any service fees deducted in the refund transaction, shall be at the purchasers own expense.
